Fully re-furbished Verachtert VHS 60 for B&M
We have recently carried out a total refurbishment to our customers Verachtert VHS 60-3 primary processing shear, at our fully equipped engineering facility.
The re-build included, full strip-down, inspect and clean, reseal of all hydraulic components, full replacement of all hydraulic hoses, adjustments and repairs to bring all pivots back to tolerance, with full replacement of shear blades, full test and commission, then repaint, this was completed in two weeks requiring no breaks, to ensure there shear was ready to return to service, on a new Komatsu Excavator.
