Pallet Forks
With hydraulic/mechanical center of gravity adjustment & adjustable tines with spindle KM 401H and KM 401:
The efficient KINSHOFER pallet fork with a spring loaded or hydraulically compensating center of gravity can easily be adapted to different loads with adjustable plunge depth and adjustable tine spread. An efficient handling of many different kinds of loads like stone or brickstack, protection trellis or other general cargo is possible due to the hydraulic shifting or the easy adjustment with a stainless steel-plastic-sliding guide in the upper component respectively.
The tool is easy to use due to its dimensions since no part of the pallet fork is wider than a standard pallet, so loads close to walls can be handled without any problems. The telescopic version of the above pallet forks has been developed especially for overheight loads such as insulating material – adjustable in steps with a lock pin up to a height of 2500 mm / 98.43 in.
With self/manual shifting & tines with lock pin adjustment KM 414 and KM 415:
The robust KINSHOFER pallet forks with spring loaded or manual center of gravity compensation
can easily be adapted to different loads with adjustable plunge depth and tine spread.
An efficient handling of many different kinds of loads in an economic, one-man operation is possible due to the automatic shifting of the spring loaded version to a preset position or a manual change of position of shifting the collar by the operator. Throat height and tine spread are adjustable in steps with a lock pin.Universal extensions for pallet forks:
Thanks to KM 460 universal extension you can extend the throat height of your pallet fork by 750 mm or 1200 mm / 29.53 in or 47.24 in.Universal Fork
The efficient KM 461 KINSHOFER universal forks for loader cranes handle wallboards and other lying building materials up to a size of 1250 mm / 49 in height and 460 mm / 18 in depth. The tine spread can be adjusted to the sheets that have to be handled. The boards can be lifted and folded into a vertical position and are clamped between tines and frame, preventing them from sliding during handling. The load itself is protected from damage by semi-tapered forged tines with rollers and pads.
A special version with second suspension point on the main beam enables the unloading of lying boards through narrow openings in the wall.
Clamshell Buckets

Barrier Lifters
The KM 932MB barrier lifter is a mechanical grapple for the fast and convenient handling of concrete barriers and blocks.
The carbide gripping pads ensure a safe operation, even on wet or coated surfaces. The fully integrated, mechanically operated “latch & release” system (functions automatically each time the load line is slackened ) allows the unit to function independently, without assistance from a ground man.
Multi-position arms are a standard feature, meaning that one unit can achieve different gripping ranges by simply changing a pin position. The elimination of slings and chains means that more cycles can be achieved per hour.Orange Peel Grapples
The KINSHOFER orange peel grapples are the ideal tools for handling car bodies, loose waste, rubbish, gravel or sand, depending on the style of tines: fully or half closing for loose material, pointed tines for bulky scrap.
A long service life is guaranteed due to the solid design: the hydraulic cylinder pistons are protected by the gripping arms. Hydraulic hoses, connections and oil distributor are positioned in the robust centre section.
Special wear resistant materials used in the production of gripping arms and oversized bearings ensure a long life for these sturdy grapples.
The grapples are available as a smaller version with five arms (KM 652-5V) and half closing tines or a larger version, with different tine shapes and four or five gripping arms, depending on your requirements.
KM 652-5V, being a new version, also features a long service life, a high closing force and a replaceable, bolt-on oil distributor with hoseless, direct rotator connection. The grapple is also available without rotator but with load eye for hook connection, optionally also with non-return valve plate.
The special version KM 652/2 of the reliable orange peel grapples is asymmetric with half closing tines for an easy transport on Z-cranes, resting flat against the crane arm and not protruding the width of the carrier machine. It is mainly used for handling scrap, waste and construction materials, and is available with five or six arms – depending on the tasks.
