We began our operation in 1992 as a specialist plant repair company expanding into the modification of heavy earth moving machinery and manufacture of excavator attachments.
With full CAD design capabilities, we have undertaken projects to design and produce bespoke machinery and excavator attachments to meet our customers requirements.
In 1999, Mutley Plant Service established their own hire fleet, supplying excavator attachments to the demolition, recycling and environmental industries amongst others.
We can provide a wide range of spare/wear parts for many different companies such as Hyundai, Doosan, Hitachi, Kinshofer and Demarec, Verachtert and Caterpillar plus others.
The spare/wear parts include, hydraulic parts, pins, hoses, bushes, bearings plus much more.
Mutley Plant Service cover the UK for service and repairs to all hydraulic attachments and minimalize down time with cover from our hire fleet if required. We also supply a full fitting and maintenance service which is provided by our experienced qualified engineers.
We are proud to be dealers of the highest quality attachments from across Europe, such as Kinshofer and Demarec, Epiroc, Verachtert and Caterpillar, OilQuick, together with our own in house designed and manufactured products.
We are now dealers for OilQuick automatic quick coupler systems which have many benefits to all machinery including excavators and wheel loaders.
Kinshofer NOX Tiltrotators are available from us to suit excavators from 3 to 25 tonnes.
Our team of highly skilled engineers and fabricators provide an excellent service both in house and on site for modifications and maintenance.
